‘Premiers pas à l’Opéra: The Opera Fairy’

1 Apr.'23

« Premiers pas à l’Opéra » is a participative concert-show for children and their parents.

"Premiers pas à l'Opéra" is a series of participatory concert-shows for children and their parents, which combines great opera arias, stories and playful activities around opera singing.

"The Opera Fairy", a musical tale from the "First Steps to the Opera" project, is designed for children from 4 to 9 years old, with arias by Handel, Verdi and Puccini performed by a soprano and a string quintet. A poetic story gives a new context to well-known opera arias while keeping the meaning and emotions of each aria. During the performance, children are invited to accompany the heroine in the preparations for her concert.
