‘Queen Elisabeth Competition - Violon - Final’

Programme of the 12 finalists
This year, the final of the Competition will be exclusively orchestral ! Each finalist will be accompanied by the National Orchestra of Belgium, conducted by Marin Alsop, in a performance of a concerto of the candidate’s choice as well as in the unpublished work written specially for this year’s competition. This compulsory work is no longer selected on the basis of the Composition Competition, but has been commissioned by the Executive Committee of the Queen Elisabeth Competition.
