Many artists have incorporated the idea of the home into their practice. Rachel Whiteread is a good example of this. From Louise Bourgeois to Erwin Wurm and Heidi Bucher, the home is a subject that allows us to reveal secrets, to explore everyday life, space, and our relationship with the public and private spheres. This lecture will also explore the link between art and architecture. In the context of the Rachel Whiteread exhibition at Bozar.
