Sega Bodega

Any musician who has Sega Bodega’s – alias Salvador Navarrete – phone number saved on their phone can count themselves lucky. The Chilean-Irish all-rounder founded the NUXXE label, has collaborated with Arca, and also produced tracks for Björk, Rosalía and Caroline Polachek. He is only thirty-four, yet has already explored a remarkable range of genres. Known for incorporating elements of deconstructed club, UK bass and hyperpop into his work, Bodega is the person to watch in contemporary electronic music. At Bozar, he presents unadulter8, a live AV show featuring Total Emotional Awareness and a nod to his track Adulter8 from the album Dennis. Since then, his latest releases have leaned towards a dreamy ambient sound that will unfold perfectly in our Terarken Hall.
