Juliette and Carmen, two intrepid sisters aged 4 and 8, open a portal, with a sigh of boredom, into the world of their favourite book, The Kingdom of Winds. Transformed into cats, they set off to meet Sirocco, the terrible master of winds and storms... Will he be as terrifying as the books suggest?
