Benjamin and Little Pierre, two cousin local police officers, patrol the quiet Walloon village of Vitrival while listening to Radio Chevauchoir. Beneath the village’s peaceful surface, trouble is brewing: phallus-shaped graffiti is appearing all over the walls, and a disturbing series of unexplained suicides begins to unfold. For the two, this marks the end of their laid-back routine of casual patrols, listening to local radio, and addressing minor infractions. Suddenly, they are faced with the deeper tensions within their own community—something they are entirely unprepared for.
