Marathon

Once a year, musicians of different ages and levels - from conservatory students and professionals to beginners and experienced amateurs - guide you through an inspiring repertoire. On the most unexpected corners, stairs and stages of the Centre for Fine Arts, you will encounter ensembles that do not compete, but seek connection with each other. Prior to the Marathon, students of the Royal Brussels Conservatoire will give some intimate concerts at our socio-cultural partners in Brussels. During these sessions, there is plenty of room for exchange between the participants and the young musicians. This way, they are fully prepared to guide the audience at Bozar through the works of Bartók, Mendelssohn or contemporary music.
