The MyBozar Card gives you a 25% discount on events, valid for one year from the date of purchase. You pay 25 euros once and enjoy 365 days of our offerings. Are you 26 or younger? Then you pay only 15 euros and get a 50% discount.

You receive a 25% discount — or 50% if you’re 26 or under.
The discount is:
- strictly personal
- not combinable with other discounts
- valid for 365 days
- valid once per event (if there are multiple performances, your discount applies to only one of them)
- valid only for Bozar’s own programming (exceptions apply – see terms and conditions)

Exchange your tickets
You can exchange your ticket up to a maximum of 15 working days before the event, subject to an exchange fee of €5 per ticket. The ticket amount will be credited to your available balance in your personal account.
Your discount only applies to Bozar’s own programming as of 1 September 2025.
Exceptions include:
- Certain festivals or events co-produced by Bozar in partnership with another institution
- Events not organised by Bozar — some are clearly marked with the Hosted Events label, while others, less clearly identified, are simply organised by an external organiser
- Our Guided Tours offered as part of our exhibitions
Early access to ticket sales:
If Bozar cannot guarantee the discount for a particular event within its own programming, you will be informed by email at the latest one working day before the general sale starts.
You will receive a personal link giving you the opportunity to buy your tickets online at least one day before they go on sale to the general public.
Early access also applies to:
- All Bozar events expected to sell out in under an hour
- Season pass sales
- Individual and à la carte ticket sales
How does it work?
- Add the MyBozar Card to your basket to benefit from the discount
- Select the "MyBozar Card" rate before finalising your purchase
- Log in to your customer account or enter your card number if you're logged in with a different account
On seat maps with numbered seating, click the arrow next to the “Standard” rate to select your discounted MyBozar Card rate.
We recommend logging in with the same customer account you used to purchase your MyBozar Card.
If you're ordering from a different account and/or have purchased multiple MyBozar Cards, you can also enter your valid card number (a code made up of 6 groups of 4 digits):
- Do you have a physical card? The valid number is printed on the back of your card.
- Did you purchase your card online? You’ll find the valid number in your personal account.
