Special conditions during COVID19 period (updated 18 September 2020)

Our terms and conditions of sale have been temporarily adapted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to comply with the measures adopted by the National Security Council.

They may therefore be reviewed at any time and we invite Customers to consult them regularly.

This paragraph therefore takes precedence over our general terms and conditions set out below.

Currently, it is not possible to pay cash for your order in Bozar Tickets. We strongly encourage you to make all your orders online via the website. All tickets sold are individualised. This measure is applied in order to comply with health standards and meet the traceability requirements imposed by the National Security Council.

Every time you enter the Centre for Fine Arts, you must wear a face mask. The Management reserves the right to refuse you entry if this measure is not respected.

Access to the halls is possible one hour before the start of the Event.

A letter A, B, C or D is assigned to the different entrances to the Centre for Fine Arts. The letter of the entrance you must use is indicated on your ticket. It is essential that you follow the signing in the premises.

There are no breaks during performances, and bars and there are currently no cloakroom.  The programme brochure is available on the website.

If your Event is cancelled or postponed, please contact us using the form on the website.

Conditions of Sale of the Centre for Fine Arts

The Customer formally acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale set out below before finalising the purchase of tickets. These conditions also apply to reservations made by telephone or any other means, including in person at the Centre for Fine Arts. The CFA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, such modifications shall be effective upon their publication on the website.

This website is managed by the Centre for Fine Arts, a limited company under public law with a social purpose, with registered offices at rue Ravenstein 23, 1000 Brussels, registered in the Brussels register of legal persons under company number 0895.408.978.

Consequently, the Customer cannot invoke the application of its own general or special terms and conditions, even if these stipulate that they are the only ones that apply.

The CFA acts:

  • as organiser, partner and co-producer of its own or joint productions.
  • as a service provider for the sale of tickets for its own productions.
  • as a service provider for other event organisers and/or parties booking the hall, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any changes in date, venue, price or cancellation of events resulting from a decision by the organisers and/or parties booking the hall.

The reservation will also be cancelled if you leave the hall during the performance.

I. Room capacity/private events

In the event of low attendance figures, the CFA reserves the right to reduce the usable space of the hall, in order to enhance the quality of your experience, the performance and ensure better comfort for the orchestra or company. As the case may be, on the evening of the concert, we will therefore assign you a seat of comparable or higher quality than the one you reserved, upgrading your ticket from the balconies to the parterre.

The CFA reserves the right to close off certain areas in the CFA for private events. In these exceptional circumstances, the CFA undertakes to make every effort to minimize the impact of closing off these private areas.

The CFA shall ensure that the layout of the venue is adapted to meet current safety regulations. You may be assigned a new seat, similar to the one you originally purchased.

The CFA is entitled to modify at any time, and without prior written authorisation, the content of its general terms and conditions of sale and its merchant sites. CFA house rules

Visitors are requested to arrive at the venue in good time, not to move around with luggage, backpacks or (large) handbags, and to comply with any requests from the security services.

At the Centre for Fine Arts, the cloakroom is free of charge and may be made compulsory by management for security reasons. Luggage lockers are available in the lobby of the Central Station.

The following are prohibited in our halls: glass bottles, cans, alcohol, luggage, backpacks, video recorders and cameras, fireworks and any object that may entail a safety risk.

Access to the event implies acceptance of all preventive and control measures taken by the CFA, the authorities and/or the external organiser, including body and bag searches. Failure to comply with these measures may result in refusal or withdrawal of the right of entry, with no possibility of reimbursement.

If the CFA has provided for the event to be filmed and/or photographed, the audience is likely to appear incidentally in the recording/photographs. By accepting the present terms and conditions and/or by attending the performance, the visitor and/or the person(s) for whom they purchase a ticket(s) accepts that their image(s) may be reproduced on any medium in the context of this recording and be exploited, in any form whatsoever (including for promotional purposes) by the CFA. This right is granted worldwide free of charge.

At the Centre for Fine Arts, the bars close to the halls are generally open to the public one hour before the show and during the intermission.

Programs for performances are on sale one hour before the performance, for as long as stocks last. They can also be downloaded from our website, to the extent possible.
