Groups

Coming to Bozar as a group means benefiting from reduced rates and special offers for exhibitions, concerts and other shows.

On this page you will find all the information you need if you want to book a group visit without a guide. Be sure to check out our (group) offers for children and teenagers, schools, and our guided tours.

Are you organising a visit with an association or a vulnerable group? Thanks to our partnerships with Article 27, Vrijuit and Paspartoe, you can benefit from attractive discounts. Should the suggested rate present any difficulties for your visit to Bozar, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're more than happy to explore alternative solutions with you. Feel free to email us at groups@bozar.be.

Going to an exhibition, concert or other group activity? You will find all the group rates at Bozar on the ticket page.

There are also special rates for education, vulnerable sections of society and associations, and guided tours for the deaf and hard of hearing.

You should book a group visit to an exhibition at least three weeks in advance. All other activities such as concerts and theatrical performances can be booked at any time. Please note that concerts often sell out quickly, so it is better to book a certain amount of time beforehand.

FAQ for groups without guide

The tickets are reserved at the time of the group booking, on the same day you pay the tickets through our call centre with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You will receive your tickets by e-mail. Print the e-tickets at home or save them on your smartphone. Please have your customer number and reservation number ready when you contact us.

To ensure the comfort and safety of visitors, we limit the number of groups in the exhibitions.

Due to strict security measures, no external guides are allowed at the moment. Our team of guides will receive all the latest updates regarding these measures.
An introduction before entering the expo halls is possible, however.
Please respect the maximum number of people indicated for each room.

When you make your reservation, mention your request for assistance: we will provide staff to assist you in the lift. Walking sticks with seats are available at the entrance of the exhibitions. Check out all the information about accessibility on this page.

You have to go to Bozar Restaurant or Bozar Café Victor if you want to linger a while or a bit longer.

Bozar does not have a restaurant that can accommodate large groups. We recommend the following businesses in the area where you can have a picnic or a bite to eat:

Cafeteria BIP - Brussels Info Square
Capacity: 110 persons
From 10am to 6pm
Reservations via: bipforrent@bip.irisnet.be
