This Sunday 19 September, the use of private motor vehicles with 2, 3 or 4 wheels will be prohibited from 9.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. throughout the Brussels-Capital Region. Unless there is a special dispensation, if you wish to go to the Centre for Fine Arts, you can of course use public transport, taxis, your bicycle or choose to come on foot, if the weather permits.
