How to improve access and well-being of diverse workers in the audiovisual sector

Although prohibited by law and sanctioned by the penal and the labor code, gender-based and sexual violence - and all forms of violence, including harassment and discrimination - are common in the workplace. The Elles font des Films and Wanda collectives are working on various actions and measures with the support of various institutions.
