‘Booklaunch ‘URA Yves Malysse Kiki Verbeeck’’
On 9 December A+ Architecture in Belgium, Koenig Books and BOZAR present the first monography about the work of the Belgian architectural firm URA Yves Malysse Kiki Verbeeck. The architects talk with lecturer and architecture critic Christophe Van Gerrewey, British architect and author Helen Thomas and artistic director of CIVA Nikolaus Hirsch. The debate will be livestreamed on the Facebook page of A+ Architecture in Belgium and remains available on their YouTube channel afterwards.
Based on photos, plans and sketches, the publication provides an overview of 20 URA projects, from the time the agency was founded in 2002 to 2020. The book is published on the occasion of the exhibition Solid Senses, which will be on display at BOZAR next autumn from 10 November 2021 to 16 January 2022.
