Reflections on power

Prime Minister of France from 2017 to 2020, Edouard Philippe assisted President Macron in his plans to reform the country’s institutions. He had to face numerous challenges: the fight against terrorism, “yellow vest” protestors, pension reform, the COVID-19 pandemic…

After stepping down in 2020, Edouard Philippe was re-elected mayor of Le Havre.

In his last book, Impressions et lignes claires, written with his advisor Gilles Boyer, Edouard Philippe looks back on his time at Matignon and the trials he faced.

He will share his insight on the workings of power and on the future of France.

The title of his conference is Reflections on power.
