A full-day of talks and discussions on Artificial Intelligence
On the second day of The Future of Living, Bozar and EUNIC Brussels presents two panels with a variety of creative experts, introduced by keynote speakers.
Panel 1: Reality versus Imagination
Artificial intelligence programmes are generally designed by teams of coders and non-coders. It is important, for the evolution of AI, that we can all participate in its development. Our collaboration is in fact essential for the future of this discipline of computer science, both to design the machine learning datasets and to evaluate the results through use.
Speakers:
Antonio Antunedo, Researcher at Centre for Automation and Robotics, SP
Eva Fischer, Art curator, AT
Carles Sierra Garcia, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA), SP
Linda Dounia Rebeiz, Artist, SN
Domenica Quaranta, Art curator, IT
Moderated by Dominique Moulon, French teacher, curator and art critic specialized in digital art practices and cultures.
Panel 2: Imagination versus Reality
AI observes us through the large quantities of content that we collect to constantly improve them. As for us, we are confronted with such AI more and more and it is in turn by observing them that we will be able to better understand their functioning as well as better supervise their development.
Speakers:
Michal Pěchouček, Researcher at Neuron, CZ
Barbara Vodicska, Lead Scientist at Oncompass, HU
Clara Montero Tellechea, Art curator, SP
Mar Canet Sola, Artist, ES
Anton Lapov, Artist, UA
Moderated by Dominique Moulon, French teacher, curator and art critic specialized in digital art practices and cultures.
Coffee breaks offered by EUNIC Brussels will be proposed during the whole day.
Curated by: Dominique Moulon
