25 Sept.'20
- 18:00

STARTS Prize '20. Opening talk.

In the framework of the opening of the exhibition STARTS Prize ’20. Speculating on the Future through Art and Science, BOZAR and VUB – Crosstalks organize a live talk featuring two artists from the exhibition, Olga Kisseleva (Prize winner) and Irakli Sabekia (honorary mention). The artists will introduce the exhibition. (26.09.20 – 25.10.20)

The talk is also the occasion for a book release of the publication Go with the Flow and Stay with the Trouble with interventions by Caroline Pauwels and Simon Schaffer. The book is a the wrap up of STAL – Sciences, Technologies and Art Lab -, a joint project by VUB, ULB and BOZAR. It presents voices and networks fostering encounters between artists and scientists while leaving the disciplines intact and where messiness is allowed.

The talks will be followed by a guided video tour to the exhibition, to be experienced on the big screen.
