‘Portrait Fennesz’

Bozar presents Fennesz: a key figure in electronic music who has been constantly reinventing and challenging himself for more than three decades. Before anyone had even heard of a digital generation, Fennesz was pushing against the limits of his computer programme and eagerly using effect pedals for his electric guitar. His typical, electro-acoustic ambient full of glitches was born. At Bozar, the Viennese musician will present his latest LP, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the iconic Endless Summer and sharing the stage with his partner-in-crime, Jim O’Rourke.
