‘REMA European Summit for Early Music’

2020-2021

This year, the Early Music Summit organised by REMA, the pan-European early music network supported by the European Union's Europe Creative programme, was to take place in BOZAR. This major event with conferences, concerts and meetings between professionals will ultimately take place exclusively online. In addition, the programme has changed radically due to the changing health situation. Under the title Our Future Past: Early Music in Context, the summit wants to critically assess the current and future situation of early music in the fields of performance, pedagogy, research, instrument building and programming. Personalities such as Bernard Foccroulle, Katarina Livljanic (Ensemble Dialogos), Anthony Romaniuk and Theodora Psychoyou (Sorbonne University), among others, will share their reflections. Register now on the REMA website!
