Selling his services to the highest paying candidate, he tries to help him stand out from the rival candidates by serving as his publicist, singing his praises in public.
This film by Dieudo Hamadi plunges the viewer into the heart of contemporary Kinshasa society while showing that the people are no longer fooled by politicians’ games. This documentary was awarded the Joris Ivens Prize at the 2013 Cinema du Réel Festival in Paris.
