In an apartment in Bombay, 70-year-old widow Kati and her Nepalese maid Mati cook together while they talk and watch a flower that blooms for only two days. A film that captures fleeting moments of memory, longing and the transience of life in a serene but melancholic atmosphere.

The wind blows and the afternoon descends on the small village near the jungle. The women of the village whisper little secrets about their lost loves. Never seen, only heard. Payal Kapadia's third short film is a continuation of her exploration of memories, nature and sound.

Every morning, an ascetic walks through the narrow streets of a village while his family is still asleep. In his half-asleep state, he dreams about the history of the village, mixing myths, folklore and facts.
