‘Soledad’

20 June'21
- 19:00

“Listening to the Soledad group, I was struck by their rare intensity. Bringing together intelligence, know-how and sex-appeal, they took me to the mysterious and tragic world of tango.”

With those words legendary pianist Martha Argerich portrayed Soledad's personal universe. The trio brings together Piazzola's tango nuevo, the music of Ravel, Prokofiev, Stravinsky, Supertramp and Jeff Buckley, and passionately performs compositions by Richard Galliano, Michel Lysight, Daniel Capelletti and Frédéric Devreese. This eclectic group invites you to celebrate the return of concerts to the sounds of the violin, piano, accordion, not to mention the flagship instrument of tango: the bandoneon.
