‘Sound installation by Carlos Casas’

Carlos Casas is a Spanish filmmaker and artist whose work includes documentaries, film, sound and visual art. His roots are in Barcelona, but his creations have already been exhibited and awarded worldwide. Since the late 2000s, Carlos Casas has also developed an extraordinary oeuvre in sound. He focuses mainly on concrete, electronic and electroacoustic music combined with atmospheric composition.

The Catalan was invited by Bozar to devise a sound creation during the November nocturne inspired by the musical and radio influences of Antoni Tapies (whom he listened to in his studio while creating his works). Expect a spectrum of sounds exploring the limits of the auditory spectrum.

The activity is included in the ticket of the Nocturne.
