‘The Souvenir Part I - Joanna Hogg’

In the early 1980s, Julie, a young film student who has yet to find her feet, meets Anthony, a dandy as charismatic as he is mysterious. She falls under the spell of this older man and plunges blindly into what turns out to be her first real love affair. Despite warnings from those around her, Julie gradually becomes entangled in a toxic relationship that could well jeopardise her future.

The film is produced by Martin Scorsese who supports and produces the films of Joana Hogg since 2013.
