UFA Film Nights

Behind the Screen, The Rink and The Adventurer are three burlesque short films by and featuring the greatest and most popular comic talent of all time. They show how Chaplin reinvents film comedy and how he elevates it from hilarious slapstick to ballet precision skating rink choreography, creating a highly peculiar comic combination in which humour and emotion reflect and reinforce one another.
