Claire Labye, from the Kalmedou Centre, takes you on a journey to explore the yoga of sound, a singing practice that focuses on the vibratory nature of sound. Learn during this series of four online workshops about different techniques that will set your entire being in vibration, like a musical instrument. There are no prior requirements to enjoying the benefits of this practice: just anchor yourself in the moment and listen.
