The 100th anniversary of the Centre for Fine Arts was celebrated with a festive Gala Dinner

A prestigious gala dinner for the patrons and partners of Bozar was held on Monday evening in the Horta Hall. We are happy to look back on this successful evening.

The Gala100 was held on April 25th to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Centre for Fine Arts. A perfect occasion for Bozar to reflect on past years with patrons, loyal partners and guests, to look forward to the future, and most importantly, to thank them for their support.

During this prestigious Gala, Isabelle Mazzara, President of the Board of Directors, Sophie Lauwers, Director General, as well as all the participants signed a new Livre d’Or and attended the projection of a film about the history of the institution, in the unique architectural setting of Victor Horta’s stunning building. We are also embracing the future with the presence of a new board of directors, a new CEO Sophie Lauwers and a performance by the young jazz prodigy Eliott Knuets & Friends. Alongside the patrons of the Centre for Fine Arts, several guests joined us for a festive dinner, including Max Jadot (BNP Paribas Fortis), Jannie Haek (National Lottery), Jean-Pierre Clamadieu and Thierry Saegeman (Engie), the European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders, and art collector Dora Janssen.

During the dinner, guests were invited to participate in an auction organised by Sotheby’s offering exclusive experiences and exceptional items. 10% of the auction proceeds will be donated to the Consortium 12-12 Ukraine. We would like to thank all of the participants for their presence and support, and all teams who contributed to this successful evening.
