The Simply Quartet is already considered one of the most promising string quartets of our times. There was a reason why the renowned Belcea Quartet chose them as their artist for the 25th edition of Bozar Next Generation. With Beethoven's Fourteenth String Quartet, they prove their mastery of a true repertoire piece, but with Webern's expressive 5 Movements for String Quartet they can just as easily handle modernism. Finally, we are looking forward to the new composition by the Austrian composer Julia Lacherstorfer.
