‘DAY 7: Día Internacional de la Mujer’

On this International Women’s Day, exceptional female talent is at the forefront. Women used to be barred from joining the great Flamencopeña in Huelva. Therefore, a number of ladies decided to form their own. The Peña Femenina de Huelva has existed for over thirty years and their Fandango choir is famed all over the world. The ladies are doing very well indeed, and they have the honour of drawing Bruselas Flamenco Festival to a close!
