On International Women’s Day, we put Nadia Boulanger in the spotlight. Her sister Lili was the more prolific composer, but Nadia had a big influence on 20th-century music as a music teacher, musician and conductor. She taught Copland, Piazzolla, Glass and hundreds of others. An ambitious organ concert by the Belgian National Orchestra and an intimate recital of lieder by specialists Lucile Richardot and Anne de Fornel pay fitting tribute.
