Guided tours for groups
Relaxed Visits are guided tours for people with psychological, physical and/or social vulnerabilities, together with their companions, carers and loved ones. Participants are at the centre of the experience: the pace is adapted to the group and four to five artworks are explored in a calm and unhurried way. Interaction, dialogue, listening and observation are key. This is not a traditional guided tour, nor therapy or a workshop, but a safe and accessible way to experience art together. The visits were developed within the European project CARE. In this way, Bozar contributes to the ongoing debate on the positive impact of art on mental health.
