  • You can exchange tickets up to 15 working days before the event. Please notify us by email (tickets@bozar.be). The amount of your ticket(s) (€5 fee/ticket) will be refunded via your customer balance. 

This is only possible if you have one of the following:

- MyBozar Card
- Bozar subscription
- Flexible subscription (Bozar or BNO)

  • Bozar is a partner of TicketSwap (where you can securely buy and sell tickets).

You will always be notified by email and SMS.

  • In case of cancellation, you will be refunded in the form of a customer balance.
     
  • In case of postponement, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
    The new date doesn't fit ? Request a customer balance (time-limited).

In case of cancelation, or if you're eligible for an exchange, you will receive the amount as a customer balance on your account. 

You can use this balance for a future purchase or request a refund through your online account.
