Meaningful Partnerships

On 28 September, BNP Paribas Fortis celebrated its 200th anniversary in its new headquarters next to the Centre for Fine Arts. For this exceptional occasion, Bozar offered its partner a mural, The Cosmic Ball, designed by Marie Mahler and Gaspard Ryelandt, which will decorate the first floor of the bank's new building. Inspired by Art Nouveau, the mural represents all the artistic disciplines offered at Bozar as well as the diversity of its audiences. Accompanied by a young Belgian jazz trio consisting of Eliott Knuets, Vincent Mardens and Jonathan Collin, a live performance by the two artists for some 1,500 guests completed the fresco during the evening.

The event was a reminder of the close ties between BNP Paribas Fortis and Bozar, which share a common interest in creativity and innovation for the benefit of society, enabling young people to develop their talents or facilitate their access to culture.

Bozar would like to thank BNP Paribas Fortis for its continued support and wishes them a very happy anniversary!
