Meet and Greet: Sammy Baloji

For this third edition of Staging the Concert, Sammy Baloji used the 65th anniversary of the Democratic Republic of Congo's independence as a starting point. Together with Twenty Nine Studio & Production, the Congolese artist draws a connection between the architecture of Victor Horta and colonization. 'Le Père Sauvage' blends two new musical compositions, photography, and architecture.
