‘Focus On France’

The long-standing ties between France and Belgium have become even tighter as a result of their common commitment to European integration. At a time when France has just taken over the Presidency of the Council of the European Union for six months, Bozar is delighted to present an extensive multidisciplinary programme that will highlight the artistic vitality of this country.
The central event in our programme will be an exhibition dedicated to the work of international visual artists fresh out of the most prestigious French art schools. We have also reserved a prominent place for transversality, since the cinematographic and literary aspects of this French Season will be linked to two exceptional performances by Boris Charmatz as well as to a musical programme covering four centuries of creation.
